The Air Bag Store (ABS) has been introduced to allow a safe storage location for steering wheels containing air bags which when outside the vehicle are classed as an explosive. The Air Bag Store is of metal construction and fibre board lined to satisfy the recommendations of The Health and Safety Executive and The Fire Authorities with regards to Mode B registration.
