Machine safety zone cages

£0.00 plus VAT

Quick Overview

Cages can be used to provide security or prevent personnel from straying into hazardous areas as well as provide controlled access to stores, equipment or hazardous material.

Cages are manufactured from heavy duty angle, t-bar and mesh. They come with hasp and staple fittings, location points for bolting down and plates for safety warning signs. They are extremely robust and secure. In the case of large cages that come in panel form, all assembly fittings are located inside the cage and cannot be accessed externally. Where there is a requirement for external bolts they are treated so that they cannot be undone using standard tools.

The need for permanent security for gas bottles or indeed many other products has lead us to develop two types of cage, the one-piece smaller cage that is easily transported and the flat-pack larger cage with separate panels that bolt together on-site. We have a range of cages for gas bottles or, if required, we can produce cages to a customers specific sizes and design requirements. In addition we can increase security by adding bars. Also we can add flat or sloping sheet roofs. We can produce fittings to go within the cage such as shelving or racking to meet European Security Standards CEN 1-6.
